Maybe only Shoko can? All of the other actions are at the bottom right of the page/by the person's username, but stickying is nowhere to be seen.

id play brawl first AND THEN commit suicide lol.

and theres 2 ways to sticky a thread. when your making a thread, go near the bottom and you'll see normal, sticky, and announcement. simply choose sticky and click send. but if u make a thread first, you have to sticky it by editing the first post, and change it sticky. again, its at the bottom, underneath the polls

1) make sure your in a forum the has moderator under it
2) create a thread
3) scroll down until you find normal, sticky, and announcement

^I can't find it. I checked by both ways, and the only thing below the poll option was the "jump to" box and then the links that are at the bottom of every page.
