| Hey if you guys are still trying to make a stiky then I have the answer... This is for Shoko or any admin- Shoko or who ever the admin is has to go on his admin panel and go to forums. Then he/she has to go to permissions and scroll down. After that click advanced mode and you will see 2 things. Go to the one that has "Open a topic" "Create a poll" on the top. Well kw just fill in the blanks that you want all the groups to do. But fill in where Moderator's can create a sticky message. | If the Admin lets you. The Admin of the site controls everything but what can be "created". What I mean is that he can do a chatbox and quick reply but thats because the creators of forumotion put that in the Control Panel. So Shoke, Leve , and axtlar can't make things such as "spoiler".
