as u all know, i am very busy, and will continue to be until summer, which is why i need a 2nd-in-command. now remember, u must be on often. so do i have any volunteers?

An Admin on the forum can enter the "Administration Panel" which allows you to... change the colors of the site, add smiley's, cange the logo, and any style things on the forum.
They can also add categories, forums, and/or sub-forums.
Another thing is that they can do general things such as how the emails and PM's work, Profiles, set up some things such as allow moderators to ban, you can also enable a list at the bottom that allows you to see who has been online for the ? hours, enable word censoring, and make a chatbox below the website.
Admins can also do things with users such as delete them, rank them(Moderator, Admin I think, ect.), and make groups. Also with users you can allow them to have automatic login, disable members from registering, allow users to change there username, allow sigs, and more.
I know a lot about the this. The only thing I don't know is the roleplay game.

Well, although these forums are not very active right now, I just looked at the post count stuff: Axtlar has the highest followed by me.

Seeing as Ax has THE highest, and is already a mod, I say it should be him. Others would do great, no question. But Ax has the highest post count so my vote goes to him =P

Thanks for your responses and votes guys, but Shoko already made me and Leve administrators, so it's all good now, now we just need the game to swap codes and start fighting and logging into here more.

oh ok...I didn't know since there are no evidence of any admins around...you should make Icons for the mods and admins that way people can tell...
